In order to reduce unconscious bias during the candidate selection process, Evolution employees approach recruitment objectively and will assess CVs “blind” (with identifying details such as name, gender and age removed). Our internal candidate review process is often collaborative, ensuring that each candidate is evaluated by multiple employees, thereby reducing the impact of unconscious bias on the candidate selection process.
